How It Works

Our port scanner works by attempting to establish TCP connections to each port on the target host. Here's how the scanning process works:

Connection Attempt: The server tries to establish a TCP connection to each specified port.
Response Analysis: The system analyzes whether the connection was successful, indicating an open port.
Service Identification: Common port numbers are mapped to their standard services for quick identification.
Results Compilation: All findings are compiled into a comprehensive report showing open and closed ports.

Note: This port scanner should only be used on hosts you own or have explicit permission to scan. Unauthorized port scanning may be illegal in some jurisdictions. The tool implements rate limiting to prevent abuse.
